Pricing & Ordering

The prices in the table below are to help you decide which style would work best for you. You can get the exact price for all the Meanders and Edge to Edge styles by figuring the total square inches of your quilt and multiply by the price per square inch. You can do the same with Custom and Heirloom to get an estimate only since these styles are actually charged by the hour. Only the labor cost is included here. Materials, binding and California sales tax are not figured in.

Heirloom

Placing an Order

Please contact us via email or phone 760-873-8504 to get an estimate before sending your quilt. We'll need the following information:

  1. Description of the quilt (more detail if requesting custom or heirloom. i.e. number of blocks & size, borders, sashing etc. A picture would be great.)
  2. Length and width of the quilt
  3. Quilting style and design*, here are your choices
  4. Thread*, here are your choices
  5. If batting is desired, here are your choices
  6. If backing is desired, do you want natural muslin or white muslin?
  7. Binding if desired
  8. Sleeve if desired
  9. Your name, address and phone number

*If you have no idea about what quilting style, design or thread you would like, we would be happy to choose for you. Most of our customers let us do all the decision making for them most of the time. Just note this in your email. You might also note anything you know you don't want or like(i.e. variegated thread, stippling etc.) . When we receive your information we will do an estimate for you.

If you decide to send us your quilt, please use the following check list:

  • Include a copy of the estimate.
  • Any materials you are providing (batting at least 8 inches wider and 10 to 15 inches longer than top, backing at least 8 inches wider and longer than top, binding fabric).
  • Any other items such as patterns, stencils, pictures, etc.
  • The amount you would like the return package to be insured.
  • Method of return shipping. We can use UPS, Fedex or the Post Office.

When your quilt is complete. We will contact you with the final total including shipping and insurance. We do require payment before return shipping your quilt.
